Specialty Bakers has been around since 1976 producing some of the best home baked products on the market. At Specialty we use only the finest ingredients, such as our imported chocolates and all-natural flavorings and coloring. As a family owned and run business, we strive to produce the freshest hand made desserts money can buy. Our Cheesecakes are award winning and our Mousse Cakes run a close second. The Chocolate Beast is our signature layer cake and nobody can beat our Key Lime Pie. In our no-sugar-added line we produce copycat versions of our regular product for those people on restricted diets.
We currently produce signature desserts for many different restaurants, hotels and gourmet market chains. We also work closely with local caterers and banquet halls, country clubs, and we have an entire line of no-sugar-added products, used by many hospitals, retirement homes and assisted living facilities.
Our desserts are available direct or through distributors such as SYSCO. We ship overnight or you can visit us in person.
